Q: What is Collagen Hydrolysate?
A: Collagen is found predominantly in bone, cartilage, muscle and other connective tissues. Collagen Hydrolysate is Collagen broken down by natural processes to allow easy absorption into the blood stream.       

Q: Why are Collagen Plus & Activ Vite only available in powder form?
A: Research has shown that powdered Collagen taken as a drink is easier to digest and more readily absorbed. Also to consume the same level of collagen hydrolysate found in Collagen Plus (7.5g) would require approximately 18 tablets per day containing approx.(400mg).

Q: Why do I need a Collagen Supplement?

A: No, all our prices include free postage & packing within the UK with no hidden extras. We use Royal Mail and sometimes Fed-Ex for larger orders. For European deliveries we add a small surcharge of between £2 - £4 per parcel to cover our additional costs & insurance. If you have a specific destination you can always call us prior to ordering and we will give you a firm postage cost.

Q: How quickly will I receive my order?
A: All orders placed before 3pm are usually dispatched the very same day and we would expect Royal Mail to deliver it to you within 2-3 days. We can offer delivery within 24 hours if needed.
